Introduction
Before you place an order you should read these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any of these Terms and Conditions then we will not accept your order.
Visitors under the age of 16 should not register with this website or submit any information to us.
Images and Colours
We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. Images are therefore to be considered illustrative as colours may vary. We are unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
Acceptance of your Order
Shortly after you have placed an order with us, an email will be sent to you acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Made Great.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Made Great will take place when your order is dispatched. We will take pre-payment for your goods on submission of your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being out of stock – see Product Availability
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Your design being too complex or not of the required specifications for printing
- Breach or attempted breach of any Terms and Conditions for any special offer as well as these general Terms and Conditions
- Orders that we have reason to believe may include copyrighted or trademarked images symbols logos or marks, indecent or pornographic images, or prints symbols or text that in our opinion others may find offensive
- Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions
Internet orders will be confirmed by email. Should you not receive confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us at hello@madegreat.co.uk.
Design & Artwork
When sending your own designs, you are responsible for ensuring images are of sufficiently high resolution to obtain the results you are expecting, and that the garments and colours of garments chosen will meet your needs.
You warrant that you own the copyright or have the correct commercial print licences in place for all images and/or artwork uploaded or otherwise submitted through any channel.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our agents and officers, directors, employees and permitted successors and assigns, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees, arising as a result of us printing or processing in any way any order or saved design which contains any images or artwork that you do not have the commercial rights, permissions or licences to print.
Product Availability / Information
We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for online shopping. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again.
Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock or subject to a delay, or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order.
If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability.
Order Cancellation
The statutory right of withdrawal (or cancellation right) that applies to consumers who enter into distance selling contracts, allowing the withdrawal from (or cancellation of) a contract within 14 days from receipt of their products without giving any reason or incurring any costs, does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer´s specifications or clearly personalised.
The products ordered on the Made Great site are customised by the customer and you can therefore not exercise your right of withdrawal.

We only deliver within the UK. All products are made to order, and base items may need to be ordered specifically. Lead times can vary, depending on order requirements and the size of the order. For small order, please allow up to seven days. Larger orders and embroidered items will take longer. Time shall not be of the essence in relation to this contract.
Returns Policy
Customised goods can only be returned if they are faulty or if your instructions have not been followed. Please see our Refunds and Returns page for further information.
Materials for Limited Use
This site contains graphics, photographs, images, layouts, templates, artwork, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, photos, fonts, media content belonging to other users from stock images and other information (“Content”). This site and all its Content are the intellectual property of Made Great or the intellectual property of parties from whom Made Great has licensed such property. All rights in this site and its Content are reserved worldwide.
It is strictly prohibited to sell, license, rent, modify, retain, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or use any portion of the Content except as expressly allowed in these Made Great Terms.
Made Great reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of its Content at any time without prior notice. Any modifications to our Content, whether by you or Made Great, remain the property of Made Great and its licensors.
Liability
Any liability is limited to the value of the goods only. Made Great will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss of whatever nature.
Your Risk
Upon the delivery of the goods ordered or at such time as the goods are first tendered for delivery on our behalf to you, the risk of damage to or loss of the goods ordered shall pass to you. However, at all times the legal and equitable title in the goods ordered shall not pass to you and shall only do so, if and when, we have received the clearance of your full payment for the goods and any interest due under these Terms and Conditions.
We are obliged to reserve all our legal rights in the goods ordered until title in the same passes to you under these Terms and Conditions.
