Refunds and Returns Policy

Our goal is one hundred percent customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order please contact us. Our returns policy varies according to the item you have purchased. This policy is to be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.

Our Designs

If you have purchased an item with a design from our in-house collection and you wish to return it, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. All we ask is that the item is in its original unworn and unwashed condition. This does not include trying the item on (as long as you don’t stain the item with, for example, makeup or deodorant).

Please first contact us by email at hello@madegreat.co.uk and provide the order number from your initial order confirmation email to speed up the process.

Custom Designs

In the case of custom-made or personalised goods, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake or the garments are faulty. Please return any faulty goods to us within 30 days of receipt for investigation. Please be aware that the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification”.

Before placing your order, please be careful to check the size information stated within the description. As we supply garments from different manufacturers, there is no such thing as a standard size. For example, a medium produced by B&C may differ to a medium by Gildan.

Our sizing page will give you the information you need to make a decision on the size you wish to order a particular product in. We can only accept returns of custom-made items based on sizing issues if the product does not measure what the manufacturer says it will. If you receive garments that do not measure what we say, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
